BH Telecom JSC Sarajevo is a commercial company organized as joint stock company that independently performs its activities for profit and acts on the B&H market with the aim.

 

The Joint Stock Company BH Telecom originated due to the Decision of the Government of the Federation B&H on issuance of the consent for the Reorganization Plan – Change of the form Public Enterprise BH Telecom Sarajevo into the Joint Stock Company BH Telecom (published in the Official Gazette FB&H No 66/03) and Decision of the Government of the Federation B&H on issuance of the consent for the change of the organizational form from Public Enterprise BH Telecom Sarajevo into the Joint Stock Company BH Telecom (published in the Official Gazette FB&H No 1/04).

 

Base capital of the Joint Stock Company BH Telecom is divided into shares out of which 90 % is owned by the Federation B&H and 10% by Privatization Investment Funds and small shareholders.

 

The Company is governed by the shareholders in accordance to the Law on commercial companies, Law on securities and other relevant laws, bylaws, regulations and Statutes of the Joint Stock Company BH Telecom. Shareholders possess governance and ownership rights.

 

The organs of the company are: Assembly, Supervisory Board, Management and Audit Board.

 

The shareholders are the assembly of the company.
