Do you offer Wireless service in my area?

Currently ICI offers service in Morgan, Johnson, Shelby, and Bartholomew Counties. However, service depends on terrain and location of nearest Access Point.


Is the Wireless service affected by weather?

Unlike Satellite services, the Canopy platform ICI uses is generally not affected by snow, rain, clouds, high wind, hail.


What is the Latency (Ping Times) that I will see with your Wireless service?

Our goal is to maintain low latency.  Although this depends on many factors, it is not uncommon to see average ping times in the range of 35-65MS.


Does the Wireless service support XBOX Live?

Although ICI does not support XBOX Live directly, many users have reported solid XBOX Live connections.


Does the Wireless service support Magic Jack or Vonage?

Although ICI does not support these services directly, many users have reported solid Voice Over Internet connections (VoIP).


Do you lease the equipment or offer discounts?

At this time, our goal is to pass the full equipment charge onto the customer.  In turn, ICI will install the equipment for free.  By doing this, we are able to keep costs low and avoid contracts.  As a result, ICI does not plan on leasing equipment.
