It is directly supplied by JHCS Ltd in Newark. Our service covers Newark and the surrounding areas, a total of approximately 200sq miles. The cost depends on the speed that you want. 500Kbps/375Kbps will cost as little as £9.99+vat fixed monthly charge (lower speeds also available) which is up to 10 times faster than normal dialup connection.

At the moment almost all of Newark and many local surounding villages and towns can receive the service.

Our network currently covers approx 200 square miles and is available in the following areas: Newark, Balderton, Fernwood, Claypole, Barnby-in-the-Willows, Farndon, Hawtonville, Hawton, Averham, Kelham, Newark Showground

Also Parts of : Elston, Thorpe, South Muskham, North Muskham, Coddington, Winthorpe, Staythorpe, Rolleston, Cotham and Long Bennington (North End of village only)

If your location is not listed, it does not mean that you will not be able to get wireless broadband – just give us a call, we’ll be able to let you know. In some cases we may have to do a site survey first.
There are different types of broadband so you need to pick carefully to get a package that suits you and your pocket – Our wireless broadband starts at just £3.99 per month! ( plus vat ) We can also supply and install ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscribers Line) which works down your phone line.

PCs are expected to be in good working order (hardware and software) before an installation can commence. Any faults or repairs required to PCs before or after the installation (whether hardware or software) will be charged at our normal hourly rate. All customers are advised to install an up-to-date Anti-Virus software before the installation as high speed broadband access increases the risk of virus infection.
