Offering only computer/network services, web hosting and internet access (Dial-up, ISDN, T1, T3), a new Michigan ISP (Internet Service Provider), Web and Network Solutions (WAN Solutions), was established in late August 2002 by former employees of Advanced Data Systems. Like a lot of other new/small IT companies, WAN Solutions business office was primarily run out of the owner's residence. Shortly after the demise of Advanced Data, Web and Network Solutions was able to acquire some of the remaining customer base, which helped increase earnings.

The current workload that WAN Solutions server was able to handle was getting maxed out, a better more powerful and reliable solution was needed. Investing 10s of thousands of dollars WAN Solutions setup and configured a redundant Linux cluster to replace their single server.

Utilizing various forms of advertising such as Google ad-words and word of mouth, WAN Solutions began to grow a rapid rate. After six months marketing & hard work, WAN Solutions was able to hire their first employee and began to offer website design services. WAN Solutions also researched other services that they could offer to their customers during this time.

Website design services started to take off for WAN Solutions and the need to move into a more professional environment was coming up fast. August 2004, WAN Solutions purchased a building on 6 Mile Road in Redford, MI. The first six months after moving into the new office building was a little hard financially for WAN Solutions because of all the new expenses from moving into a commercial area. Soon the amount of computer/network service was becoming too much for the current staff to handle and WAN Solutions hired two more employees. Currently, WAN Solutions is still growing fast!
