EMNET would like to announce the launch of our new ticketing and help desk portal.

Submitting an email to support [at] emnet.co.uk will create a new ticket. You will receive an automated response from the system with a ticket reference in the subject line if your submission was from a valid email address.

If you would like to query your ticket via phone, please call our main number on 0844 376 0078, quoting the ticket reference that was assigned to your case.

We would like to advise that tickets generated via the portal at http://support.emnet.co.uk (rather than email), enable you to select a department so that your ticket is handled most efficiently by the appropriate personnel.

Although it’s not a requirement for you to have an account on the helpdesk system to submit a ticket from the support portal, we recommended that you register for an account as there are additional features available to registered users including access to our knowledge base articles.

If you do not register for an account, you are still able to look up current and past tickets using your email address. You can register later and at which point any tickets previously submitted with your email address will automatically be associated to your new account.
